Paxos Trust is a regulated blockchain infrastructure company building transparent and transformative financial solutions, including crypto brokerage, stablecoin and payment solutions, and securities settlements. Their partners include PayPal, Mastercard, Mercado Libre, and Credit Suisse.
Challenge
Paxos’ mission is to be a thought leader in the crypto space, so they needed a regular social media presence to instruct, persuade, and engage B2B and B2C followers of their unique approach to crypto: encouraging mainstream adoption (and thus transformation of the global economy) by emphasizing dependability and accessibility.
Solution
After identifying Paxos’ brand voice and campaign objectives, I wrote monthly social media packages for their LinkedIn and Twitter accounts.
Each post presented authoritative company documents like whitepapers, case studies, CEO interviews, and conference appearances to establish Paxos as an authority in the crypto space―and thus Paxos’ products as superior quality.
My task each time was to distill often complicated concepts in an easy-to-grasp and engaging way that convinced readers to take specific actions, from requesting a publication to attending an event to purchasing their crypto products.
Paxos’ LinkedIn and Twitter accounts have dramatically increased follower counts, shares, and other engagements since I began writing for them.
