Tishman Speyer Properties is a major real estate investment company with offices in New York City, London, and Singapore. They’re known for some iconic developments, including Rockefeller Center in New York City, 125 High Street in Boston, and Mission Rock in San Francisco.

Challenge

While Tishman Speyer is well-known for their impressive properties, they wanted to tap into their social media following to also inspire a sense of community. They needed copy that would tell personal stories and paint vivid pictures of the cities in which they operate---and the people who live and work there.

Solution

I wrote copy that aligned with these goals, emphasizing Tishman’s “human-centric” values by how their properties are designed to improve people’s quality of life. My messaging persuaded the company’s Instagram and Twitter following to learn more about each new project or facet of culture. While I wrote for Tishman, they saw an impressive list of increased metrics, including a 6.2% overall ER and a 134.7% MoM rise in engagements.
